In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you of the legal basis of our data processing: Art. 6 (1) lit. a and Art. 7 GDPR for consent; Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for performance of our contractual obligations; Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR for compliance with our legal obligations; Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR for safeguarding our legitimate interests.
Cooperation with processors and third parties
If, within the scope of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transfer it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this is done only on the basis of a legal permission (e.g. if a transfer of the data to third parties, as to payment service providers, is required for the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR), you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Hosting
The hosting services used by us serve to provide the following services: infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services as well as technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating this online offering.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. These data will not be merged with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
Contact
When contacting us (e.g. via email or scheduling tool), the user's details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set any advertising cookies and does not embed third-party advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and may set technical cookies; you can use a tracking blocker to prevent this. The booking tool (Cal.com) is loaded only when you actively click "Book a Discovery Call", at which point you leave our domain and the third party's privacy policy applies. The site embeds product photographs of Texas Instruments evaluation modules for editorial reference; these images are served from our own infrastructure and do not establish a tracking relationship with TI.
Web analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
If you give consent through the privacy banner on this site, we use Microsoft Clarity, a web analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity helps us understand how visitors interact with this site by recording aggregated usage data, mouse movement, scroll behaviour, clicks, and session replays. The collected data is used to improve the structure and content of the website.
Data processed: IP address (anonymised by Clarity before storage), browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages viewed, mouse and click events, scroll positions, session duration, viewport size, approximate geographic location derived from the IP.
Cookies set by Clarity: _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM. These cookies have storage durations between the current session and up to one year.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) in combination with § 25 (1) TDDDG. The analytics script is only loaded after you click "Accept analytics" in the privacy banner. Without consent, no Clarity script is executed and no Clarity cookies are set.
Transfer to third countries: Microsoft Corporation is based in the United States. Data may therefore be transferred to and processed in the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Retention: Clarity stores usage data for up to thirteen months, as documented in the Microsoft Clarity terms.
Withdrawing consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing the analytics consent stored in your browser. To do so, open your browser's developer tools (or site settings for this domain), remove the analyticsConsent entry from Local Storage for mmwave-radar.dev, and reload the page. The privacy banner will reappear and you can choose a different option.

Your rights
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data in question is being processed and to be informed of this data as well as to receive further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. You have, in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, the right to demand the completion of the data concerning you or the correction of the incorrect data concerning you. In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to demand that the data in question be deleted without delay. You have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of the data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR. You have the right to receive the data concerning you which you have provided to us and to demand its transmission to other responsible parties in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR. You also have, in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke any consent granted in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR with effect for the future.
Right of objection
You can object to the future processing of data concerning you in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR at any time. The objection can in particular be lodged against processing for direct marketing purposes.
